Here’s how a token package model could work cleanly for your weekend basic detailing service in the Toronto area (all prices in CAD).
Token System Basics
• Each vehicle gets assigned a token value based on size/time/materials (larger vehicles take more effort).
• Clients buy a prepaid package of tokens upfront (e.g., 8, 12, or 20 tokens).
• Every weekend visit, you deduct the tokens for the cars they bring that day.
• This encourages commitment, and feels flexible for clients with two (or more) vehicles.
Suggested Token Values (for Basic Plan)
Basic service = quick exterior wash, vacuum, interior wipe-down, windows, tires/rims shine. (Roughly 45–75 min per vehicle.)
• Sedan / Compact / Small Crossover: 1 token
• Mini-van / Mid-size SUV / Crossover: 1.5 tokens
• Full-size SUV / Pickup Truck / Large Van: 2 tokens
